Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event an error was made with your order or your packaging was damaged, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note our coffee is roasted to order and is a perishable food product, so we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error with your order, or your coffee packaging was damaged or opened please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue you a new order. We ask that you include your shipping address and a photo of the shipping box and item so we can assist you and report any quality errors to our production team.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Returns are only accepted for incorrect, opened or damaged orders, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
